As an Admin, you will be able to access a multitude of reports. For Parent Admins, you will be able to access any and all reports for each division and class. Meanwhile, Plan Admins (not Parent Admins) will only be able to write or modify data from divisions they've been assigned to.


With reports you can get all the data on each member, view all current dependents

even those that are over-age, HSA and LSA balances & usage, and view their yearly

premium for each taxable line per member. 


So even if I were to select Certificate Listing and generate it for all divisions and all member statuses, I will get this listing.

show the actual certificate listing) Which I can then download if I need to. 


How to access and generate reports from your admin portal:

  1. Login to the Admin Portal

  2. Select “Reports” from the side bar

  3. Click the “Generate” for the report you’d like to access and select the dates.

  4. Choose the required divisions and member statuses

  5. Scroll down to see the report details

  6. Download the report if you need to

Certificate Listing

  • A brief summary of each employees’ premiums for each line of benefit by divisions and member statuses

  • Searchable by Divisions & Member Status

  • Includes: Status, Class, Division, Province, & Notes

  • Benefit Premiums Breakdown

  • Subtotal

  • All per Employee


Dependent Listing

  • An overview of the dependents information by divisions and member statuses

  • Searchable by Divisions & Member Status

  • Includes: Primary, Cert, Dependent, Status, Relationship, DOB, Waived, Employer, Secondary Carrier, Secondary Cert, & Disabled


Over-age Dependents

  • An overview of the over-age dependents information by divisions and member statuses

  • Same as Dependent Listing but for anyone under age 21, or under age 25 if in full-time attendance at recognized school or university


Taxable Benefit

  • An overview of all taxable benefits by divisions, members & their statuses, and dates

  • Searchable by Divisions, individual Members or All Members, Benefit Type, and Date

  • Includes: Cert, Name, Division, Life, AD&D, DepLife, CI, LSA, PST, and Total


HSA Balances: An overview of the HSA balances by divisions and member statuses


LSA Balances: An overview of the LSA balances by divisions and member statuses


HSA & LSA Usages: An overview of the HSA & LSA usages by divisions, members,

benefit type and dates
