We know how frustrating it can be when you can't get logged in!
The majority of problems related to logging in that we assist with are caused by an incorrectly entered password or username. If you want to be absolutely sure, you can reset your password.
To help narrow down the cause please try the following:
- Is your username entered correctly? This should be the email address which most recently received any communications from Simply Benefits. Your Plan Admin can confirm what email is on file, in case there is an error in the record.
- Sometimes i's and L's (I vs l) are mixed, or the letter O vs the number 0.
- .ca vs .com
- Has your email changed recently?
- Are you logging in to the correct page?

- Admin Login: https://app.simplybenefits.ca/admin/login
- Advisor Login: https://app.simplybenefits.ca/advisor/login
- Are you connecting from outside of Canada, or perhaps using a VPN which makes your connection change to outside of Canada?
- If you aren't sure, click here and you will be shown the "Country" your connection comes from - if it is not Canada, reach out to support@simplybenefits.ca and let them know you may be blocked based on this. We block connections from a small number of countries.
- Are you using an up-to-date supported browser? Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari and Brave are all known working browsers. Reach out to support@simplybenefits.ca to see if another browser is supported.
- If none of the above worked, try from another device if possible.
