Have you run into an error or issue on the Simply Benefits website? Try these steps to help solve the issue.
1. Ensure you are using a modern web-supported Browser
There are plenty of internet browser options out there, but unfortunately many function differently under the hood. When using Simply Benefits sites from a computer, we recommend you use a browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as these are by far the most updated and most supported browsers. You should also be able to use Mozilla Firefox and Safari, though we see issues more often with those.
When using Simply Benefits sites from a mobile device, it's best to use our Mobile App (for the Member Site).
2. Restart your browser
"Quit" or "exit" your browser and re-open.
Why it works: Your internet browser relies on restarting regularly to install updates that keep you safe online. These are the same updates that our software is built around to ensure we are keeping step with the latest security updates in the industry and online. If your browser is out of date you may experience issues.

3. Clear your browser cache
Windows/PC
Method One
On your Windows computer, hold the Shift key and click the refresh button on your browser - this will clear the cache for that page then refresh it, and will resolve almost all issues. (Alternatively, you can press Shift-F5 on your keyboard).
Method Two
On your Windows computer, press and hold the Ctrl, Shift, Delete keys to open your browser data. Clear the following:
Cache - Cached Images and Files
Cookies - and other site data
Temporary Internet files and website files (Internet Explorer)
Now restart your browser.
Mac/Apple
In the Safari Browser, Click on "Safari" in the top left corner of the screen.
- Click Preferences
- Click the Privacy tab
- Click Manage Website Data...
- Click Remove All
- Click Remove Now
- Quit Safari - don't just close it - and reopen for your changes to take place.
Why it works: Your computer saves information (pictures, links, cookies etc) while you navigate online. This makes pages load faster, but can also be the source of common issues
