There are two ways to change your password:


1. Click "Forgot Password" from the login screen.

OR


2. Login and change your password in your Settings.


Employees (Plan Members)


On the App:


Click on the "Account" icon on the top right-hand side of your screen. Then, click "Change Password" and enter your existing password, new password, and confirm the new password. Then click the "Submit" button.


On Desktop:


Login to your account, and click on the "My Account" tab on the left-hand side navigation of your screen. Then, click "Change Password" and enter your existing password, new password, and confirm the new password. Then click the "Submit" button.


Plan Administrators and Insurance Advisors


Login to your account, and click on the Account dropdown on the top right-hand side of your screen (your initials and a down-arrow). Then, click "Change Password" and enter your existing password, new password, and confirm the new password. Then click the "Submit" button.
