1. Go to the login page for which you forgot your password


2. Select the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.



3. You will receive an email titled "Reset Password".


4. Follow the email's instructions to reset the password. Note: Your password will not actually reset itself until you click this link, meaning you could log into your account with the correct password if you remember it before you click the reset link by email.


If you are unsure if you are using the correct email address, you can confirm which email you signed up with by searching for your "Welcome Email" our system sent you on day 1. It's titled "Welcome to Simply Benefits" and came from noreply@simplybenefits.ca.
