If you are wondering why you were automatically signed out of the Simply Benefits portal, there are a couple reasons why this may have happened:

1. You signed into two accounts.

To protect you from technical issues, we usually enforce that you are only able to sign into one account at a time. We know you're amazing, but it's for the best.

2. Your session timed out.

When you sign in you are provided a "token" which tells our system that you are allowed to be signed in. These tokens can expire or be revoked, which will cause you to need to sign in again. If this is happening a lot, please see #3 or contact [email protected]

3. You cleared/reset internet settings, files or cookies.

Browsers and devices manage a lot of "temporary" files like cookies and tokens. Your browser may clear these automatically or you may manually. This can cause your active sessions and tokens (see: #2) to be revoked. If this seems to happen to you a lot and you notice it on other sites, your browser may be auto-clearing these. You can usually change this in your browser settings.
