The Simply Benefits mobile app is built on systems that ensure it is always accessible, functional and accurate on your mobile devices. With few exceptions, most mobile devices in use should have no problems.
Issue #1 - Mobile App will not load / Stuck on loading screen
- Close the Simply Benefits app - make sure to force close it (usually by swiping up). If you are not sure how, restarting your device is a simple workaround.
- Go to Settings then Apps
- Locate Simply Benefits, select it
- Select Storage
- Select "Clear Data", and "Clear Cache". Ensure both occur successfully.
- Open the Simply Benefits app. It may hang for a considerable amount of time. It also may close itself.
a. If it hangs, let it continue to work and try to keep the screen awake for a minute.
b. If it closes itself, reopen the app - repeat (a.) as necessary for up to a minute.
Your app should load normally now - if not, please contact support@simplybenefits.ca
Issue #2 - Interface within mobile app is not responding properly / Sidebar is stuck
(This has the same resolution steps as for issue #1)
