Where can I find the statement for a payment from Simply Benefits?
Your statement will not go to the Telus Payment Statements Application (PRS), but will be emailed to the email address on file for your practice - the same as is associated with your payment information.
When will we be paid?
Our adjudication hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm and payments are submitted every business day via electronic transfer.

How can I tell what email address is on file with Telus for statements and other communications?
Go to https://providerportal.telushealth.com/ to sign in and check what email address is configured. From the Provider Portal, click the My Account button.
